Long Beach Patriots Summer Camp

Now that it is officially summer, it’s time to start thinking about football season. Winning the battles that take place on the field in the fall requires grueling practices that take place in the summer.

In exactly one month, rookies and veterans from NFL teams will report for training camp. Colleges will pick up the intensity of their practices. And at the high school level, skill position players compete in seven-on-seven competitions while the linemen battle it out in linemen challenges.

It takes a relentless commitment to getting better each day to win championships. This rings true not only in high school, college, and the NFL teams but also at the youth level.

Long Beach Patriots Summer Camp

I am proud to be involved with the Long Beach Patriots youth football program. Our program aims to help the kids develop goals and trust one another. We compete at a high level in all six divisions of the Snoop Youth Football League. Our success on the football field and in the community is made possible by an all hands on deck mentality from the coaches, parents, and kids.

With July quickly approaching, the season will soon be underway. On July 1, 8, 15 and 22, we’re inviting any and all interested athletes to participate in our youth football skills and conditioning camp at Chittick Field on 1900 Walnut Ave. There is a $10 camp fee for each session, but camp is free for those who have already registered to be Patriots for the upcoming season.

The Long Beach Patriots football camp is a tremendous opportunity for kids to lay the foundation for a successful season and create camaraderie amongst each other.

The 2017 season looks to be a promising year across the board, and I can’t wait!
